In this privacy notice I inform you about the processing of personal data when using my app CaddyChat ("App") and my website www.caddy.chat ("Website"). App

When you use the App, access data is collected that enables the functionality of the App. The access data is temporarily stored in log files to be able to generate statistical information about the use of the App, with which the App is further developed. This includes: your user ID, time stamp and information about the device you are using, such as the type and operating system.

The access data collected when you use the App do not allow any direct conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Website

The Website collects access data that serves as the basis for website analytics. This includes information about your browser, your network and your device, web pages you visited before visiting this Website, your IP address, this information may also contain details about your use of the Website, including clicks, internal links, Pages visited, scrolling, searches, timestamps.

In addition to the data automatically transmitted by the browser, cookies are also used to collect the access data. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device by the browser. You can object to the use of cookies in the settings of your browser.

The Website shares the access data with Squarespace, my website analytics provider (Squarespace, Inc., 225 Varick Street, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10014), to find out more about the traffic and activity on the website.

Website analytics do not allow any direct conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Storage Period

In principle, I only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations for which I collected the data.
